Welcome Hi there! Welcome to the part of our website that contains Anna's poetry. Anna says: There are only a limited amount of poems on the site, in order to give you a taster of the kind of thing I write. I hope you enjoy reading what's here though, and if you'd like to read more let me know. There is also a "Suggested Reading" section, in case you want to see what kind of poetry I like. Have a look especially at the Children's Poetry book if you can find it (it's quite old) - I've had it since I was a kid and it's got some great, and really funny, poems in it! The site was last updated on 21/08/09 with some more replacement poems. I try to replace the small selection on the website every 4 months or so. I've also now created a handy database of all the poems so hopefully I will be less likely to duplicate poetry I've already uploaded than in the past - I've already noticed a couple. And for those of you who would like to know, as of June 2007 I'd written 256 poems. It has taken me 15 years though. |
